Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of AI Prompt Cloud. Please read them before using the website. By accessing or using AI Prompt Cloud, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

In these Terms, “AI Prompt Cloud,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the platform. “You” refers to the person using it. These Terms apply to browsing, account access, and participation in creator or editorial workflows where available.

Using the service

AI Prompt Cloud is a platform for discovering, browsing, customizing, and publishing AI prompts. You can search and explore published prompts, categories, AI models, collections, courses, and web stories where available.

You may browse and use published content for lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable rights or permissions associated with that content. Public availability does not mean that every item is free of intellectual property restrictions or suitable for every use.

Use the service in a way that respects other users, contributors, and the operation of the website. You must not use a prompt, submission workflow, or other part of the service to carry out unlawful activity or interfere with another person’s rights.

Accounts and sign-in

Google account sign-in is available for account access. Some creator or editorial workflows may require you to be authenticated before you can participate.

You are responsible for activity you carry out or authorize through your account. Keep access to your Google account secure, and do not knowingly allow another person to use your account to impersonate you or misuse the platform.

If you believe someone has accessed your AI Prompt Cloud account without permission, contact us and take appropriate steps to secure your Google account. Do not send us your Google password or other authentication credentials.

Account access does not, by itself, guarantee access to every workflow or permission to publish content.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse AI Prompt Cloud. In particular, you must not:

  • Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or parts of the service without authorization.
  • Disrupt the website or interfere with other people’s ability to use it.
  • Abuse automated requests in a way that overloads, degrades, or circumvents the intended operation of the service.
  • Introduce malicious code, harmful files, or instructions intended to compromise the website or its users.
  • Use the service to conduct or facilitate unlawful activity.
  • Impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your identity or authority when contributing content.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, access restrictions, or other security controls.

These restrictions apply whether you interact with the website directly or through an automated tool. Access to a publicly visible page does not authorize access to restricted systems or information.

AI prompts and generated outputs

Published prompts are starting points. They may require changes to their wording, variables, assumptions, or instructions before they fit your task. You are responsible for deciding what context to provide and whether you have permission to use that information.

AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable. Results may vary between AI tools, model versions, settings, and repeated requests. A prompt’s association with a particular model does not guarantee compatibility or a particular outcome.

Review outputs before relying on, publishing, sharing, or acting on them. Check relevant facts, references, calculations, code, and other details according to the intended use. A response that appears clear or confident may still contain errors.

AI Prompt Cloud does not promise that a prompt will produce accurate or reliable results, or that an output will meet your requirements.

No professional advice

Prompts, examples, educational content, and outputs generated using them should not automatically be treated as legal, medical, financial, tax, safety, or other professional advice.

Content relating to a professional subject may lack the facts, current information, or individual assessment needed for a particular decision. Its publication on AI Prompt Cloud does not establish a professional advisory relationship.

Where a decision requires professional expertise, obtain appropriate advice and verify the relevant information. Use particular care when an error could affect someone’s health, rights, finances, or safety.

Published content

Published prompts and other content may be updated, corrected, removed, or reorganized. Categories, model associations, collections, and other ways of presenting content may also change as the catalog develops.

We do not promise that a particular page, prompt, course, collection, or web story will remain available permanently or retain the same wording or location.

Publication does not mean that content is suitable for every purpose or has been checked for every possible error. If you identify incorrect, outdated, or otherwise concerning material, you can report it using the contact details below.

Creator and contributor content

Where the platform provides submission workflows, authenticated creators or contributors may submit content for possible publication. Participation must follow these Terms and any relevant instructions presented within the workflow.

Only submit material that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit. This includes any accompanying text, examples, images, or other material. Do not present someone else’s work as your own, and include attribution where required.

Do not include confidential information, sensitive personal information, credentials, or other material intended to remain private in a submission for publication. Consider whether examples contain information belonging to a client, employer, or another person.

You retain whatever ownership rights you hold in your submitted material. By submitting it for publication, you give AI Prompt Cloud non-exclusive permission to review, edit, format, and display it for that purpose on the platform. This permission does not transfer ownership of your work to AI Prompt Cloud.

Editorial decisions

Submission does not guarantee publication. AI Prompt Cloud may review, edit, reject, unpublish, or remove content where appropriate.

Editorial decisions may take account of relevance, clarity, duplication, accuracy, rights concerns, compliance with these Terms, and suitability for the surrounding content. Editing may include changes to wording, formatting, categorization, or presentation.

The existence of an editorial process does not mean that every published item has been manually reviewed or independently verified. Publication should not be understood as certification of a prompt’s accuracy, safety, or effectiveness.

Editorial decisions concern how material appears on the platform. They do not give AI Prompt Cloud ownership of a contributor’s underlying work.

Intellectual property

AI Prompt Cloud’s own site design, branding, and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Using the service does not transfer those rights to you.

You must respect the rights associated with material you access through the website. Permission to use a prompt for a task does not automatically grant permission to reproduce the platform’s branding, republish an entire collection, or claim someone else’s work as your own.

Third-party AI models, product names, trademarks, linked materials, and user-submitted content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Their appearance on AI Prompt Cloud does not establish ownership by the platform.

These Terms do not determine whether an AI-generated output qualifies for intellectual property protection or whether you have exclusive rights to it.

Third-party services

AI Prompt Cloud may reference or link to third-party AI tools, websites, or services. If you use those services, their own terms and policies govern that use. For example, use of your Google account is subject to the applicable Google Terms of Service.

AI Prompt Cloud does not control third-party availability, functionality, model behavior, content, or changes. A linked tool may change its features or requirements independently of this website.

A reference, link, or model listing does not by itself establish a partnership or endorsement. Before providing information to another service, consider its requirements and whether that service is appropriate for your intended use.

Availability and changes

The service may change over time. AI Prompt Cloud may modify, interrupt, or discontinue the website or parts of it, including particular content areas or publishing workflows.

Access may be affected by maintenance, technical problems, security issues, or dependencies on other services. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged.

References to possible future features are not commitments that those features will become available. These Terms do not establish billing, subscription, refund, or cancellation arrangements for unreleased paid functionality. Any paid offering introduced separately would need its applicable terms presented in connection with that offering.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Prompt Cloud and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the website or its content will always be complete, current, free from errors, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Descriptions, categories, model associations, and examples provide context for discovery and use. They are not guarantees about the results you will obtain.

These qualifications do not remove any rights or protections that applicable law gives you and does not allow these Terms to exclude. They also do not excuse obligations that AI Prompt Cloud must meet under applicable law.

Limitation of responsibility

You are responsible for how you select, adapt, and use prompts and for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them. This includes deciding whether an output is suitable for publication, implementation, or use in a decision affecting you or someone else.

AI Prompt Cloud does not direct the decisions you make using third-party AI tools. Our responsibility for any loss or harm depends on the circumstances and applicable law; your responsibility for your own use does not automatically remove ours.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted. No specific monetary liability limit is established by these Terms.

Reporting problems

For content concerns, technical issues, or questions about these Terms, email contact@aipromptcloud.com.

Include the relevant page URL and enough detail to identify the issue. For a technical problem, describe what you were trying to do, what happened, and any relevant error message. For a content or rights concern, identify the material and explain the concern.

Do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, authentication tokens, or other secrets. Remove sensitive information from screenshots and supporting material before sharing them.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service changes, including to reflect changes to available features, publishing workflows, or applicable requirements. The current version will be published on this page.

Please review this page periodically. Any additional notice or agreement required by applicable law will apply; publication of an update does not override those requirements.

If you have questions about a change or do not agree with the Terms applicable to your use, contact contact@aipromptcloud.com before continuing to use the service.
