Community Guidelines
These guidelines apply to content submissions and participation in AI Prompt Cloud’s creator and editorial workflows where available. They explain what makes a contribution suitable for publication and what conduct can interfere with that work.
The aim is a useful, organized collection of prompts with clear purposes and realistic expectations. Participation should respect the people creating, reviewing, and using that material.
Useful, task-focused contributions
Submit prompts that address an identifiable task. Explain what the prompt is intended to help with, what context it needs, and how someone might adapt it to their own situation.
Include enough information to make the instructions understandable without adding unnecessary complexity. Relevant details may include the intended audience, output format, constraints, and AI model context.
A narrow prompt that handles a specific task clearly can be more useful than a long prompt that claims to cover every situation. Avoid padding submissions with repeated instructions or exaggerated descriptions of their value.
Originality and rights
Only submit material you own or are authorized to use and submit for publication. Do not copy another person’s prompt or supporting material and present it as your own work.
Provide attribution where required, and respect any conditions attached to permission or licensing. Naming a source does not, by itself, establish permission to reproduce the material.
If a submission includes adapted material, explain the relevant source and rights where needed. This expectation applies to accompanying examples, images, descriptions, and other supporting content as well as the prompt itself.
Privacy and confidential information
Do not submit passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, private keys, client secrets, confidential business information, or sensitive personal information for public publication.
Check examples carefully. A sample document, screenshot, or technical message may contain real names, account references, private URLs, or credentials that are unrelated to the prompt’s purpose.
Use material that is appropriate to share publicly and that you have permission to include. Do not assume that another person’s information is suitable for publication because it was available to you through work or a private conversation.
Report accidental exposure without repeating the sensitive material unnecessarily.
Harmful or unlawful content
Do not submit content whose purpose is unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, abuse, exploitation, or instructions designed to facilitate serious wrongdoing.
This includes attempts to use a prompt as a vehicle for compromising systems, obtaining protected information, or directing abuse at another person.
Context matters when a submission discusses security, safety, or other sensitive topics. Make any legitimate educational or defensive purpose clear, and keep the instructions appropriate to that purpose.
Describing harmful instructions as research or an example does not, on its own, resolve concerns about what the submission enables.
Misleading claims
Describe prompt capabilities and limitations honestly. Do not fabricate claims about effectiveness, model capabilities, credentials, affiliations, testing, or performance.
Avoid guarantees that a prompt will always produce accurate results, bypass a model’s limitations, or achieve a particular business outcome. A successful example is not evidence that every user will receive the same result.
If you describe testing or experience, keep the statement within what you can support. Distinguish an intended use from an observed result, and an observed result from a general claim.
Do not invent endorsements or imply an official relationship with an AI provider.
Spam and manipulation
Do not submit repetitive, low-value material simply to increase the number of items associated with your account. Minor wording changes do not necessarily make duplicate submissions meaningfully different.
Deceptive promotion, impersonation, and automated abuse of submission systems are not acceptable. Do not fabricate activity or use coordinated behavior to manipulate how contributions are presented or evaluated.
If you automate part of your preparation process, you remain responsible for the resulting submission. Automation should not be used to overwhelm workflows, evade restrictions, or conceal duplicated material.
Commercial and promotional content
A submission should have a useful purpose beyond directing readers toward a product, service, or commercial link.
Undisclosed advertising, affiliate promotion, or other promotional submissions may be restricted or require appropriate disclosure. Explain a relevant commercial relationship when it affects how the material should be understood.
Disclosure does not guarantee that promotional content will be accepted. Relevance, the surrounding context, and the substance of the contribution still matter.
Advertising and partnership proposals can be raised separately by email rather than disguised as ordinary editorial submissions.
Respectful participation
Keep editorial communications focused on the work. Disagreement about wording, quality, or a publication decision is acceptable; targeted harassment, threats, abusive conduct, and impersonation are not.
Explain concerns with specific examples and allow room for clarification. Do not pressure another participant through repeated hostile messages or personal attacks.
Respect also includes representing your role accurately. Do not claim to speak for AI Prompt Cloud or to hold editorial authority that has not been provided to you.
A contribution’s quality does not excuse harmful behavior toward other people involved in the process.
Editorial review
Submissions may be edited, rejected, returned for changes, unpublished, or removed. Relevant considerations include usefulness, clarity, quality, duplication, rights, accuracy, safety, and compliance with these guidelines.
Changes may involve the prompt itself or its description, formatting, categorization, and model context. A submission can require revision even when its general idea is relevant.
Submission does not guarantee publication, and publication does not guarantee permanent availability. Editorial workflows also do not mean that every item has been manually reviewed or independently verified.
Contributors should make corrections when a concern is identified rather than relying on publication as proof that the material is free from problems.
Enforcement
Responses to guideline concerns depend on context. They may include a request for changes, rejection of a submission, removal of published content, or restrictions affecting an account or particular workflow.
The seriousness of the issue, the potential impact, and repeated relevant conduct may affect the response. These guidelines do not create a fixed strike system or promise the same response in every situation.
If you believe a decision is based on an error, you can contact us with the relevant details and supporting information. A request for reconsideration does not guarantee a different outcome.
Reporting concerns
Email contact@aipromptcloud.com to report a content or participation concern.
Include the relevant page URL, identify the material or behavior involved, and provide a concise explanation. Where the issue concerns rights, explain your connection to the material and include relevant supporting information.
Share only what is needed to understand the report. Do not include credentials or repeat sensitive personal information merely to demonstrate that it was exposed.
Specific reports are more useful than broad accusations about a creator or an entire category.
Updates
These guidelines may change as creator and editorial functionality develops. The current version will be published on this page.
Before contributing, review the guidance relevant to your submission. The central expectations remain practical: provide useful material, respect rights and privacy, describe capabilities honestly, and participate constructively in the publishing process.
