DMCA / Copyright Complaints

AI Prompt Cloud respects intellectual property rights and accepts reports about copyright, attribution, and content ownership. If you believe material on the website uses your work without appropriate permission, you can raise the concern through the contact process below.

This page provides a practical reporting channel. Legal notice requirements and available procedures may vary according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Copyright concerns

You can report concerns involving published prompts, accompanying text, images, or other material appearing on AI Prompt Cloud.

Identify the particular work and the use you are concerned about. A report that explains the relationship between the original material and the published content is more useful than a general statement that a page appears similar.

If the issue is missing attribution, an incorrect ownership statement, or use beyond the permission granted, explain that specifically. Different concerns may call for different responses, and a clear description helps identify what needs consideration.

What to include in a complaint

Please provide:

  • Your name and contact information, including an email address for correspondence.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work or other material you are concerned about.
  • The exact AI Prompt Cloud URL and the particular content in question.
  • An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized or otherwise raises a rights concern.
  • A link to the original work or another supporting source, where relevant.
  • A statement that the information you are supplying is accurate and that you are submitting the complaint in good faith.

If several pages are involved, list the relevant URLs and explain which material on each page is covered by the complaint. A homepage link alone may not be enough to locate the content.

Include only information needed to explain the concern. Do not send passwords, credentials, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive records. If supporting evidence contains confidential information, describe its relevance before sending the full material.

Authorized representatives

If you are acting for a rights holder, identify the person or organization you represent and explain your authority to submit the complaint.

State whether you are the rights holder’s representative rather than presenting yourself as the creator or owner. We may request clarification where the relationship or authority is unclear.

Any supporting information should be limited to what is needed to understand that authority and the reported use. A representative should also distinguish between rights held by the person they represent and rights belonging to others.

Review and possible action

AI Prompt Cloud may review a complaint, examine the identified material, and request clarification or supporting information. The appropriate response depends on the concern, the available information, and applicable requirements.

Possible actions include correcting attribution, restricting access, unpublishing, or removing material. In some circumstances, further information may be needed before an appropriate action can be identified.

Submitting a complaint does not automatically result in removal. A change to content also does not, by itself, establish a final legal determination about ownership or infringement.

This reporting process concerns material available through AI Prompt Cloud. It does not give the platform control over copies or related material hosted by independent websites.

Counter-notices and disputes

If you believe your material was removed or restricted in error, contact AI Prompt Cloud with an explanation and supporting information.

Identify the material, its previous URL where available, and why you believe the action was mistaken. Relevant information may include evidence of authorship, permission, a license, or an explanation that the complaint identified the wrong material.

An ordinary email disputing a decision should not automatically be treated as a formal statutory counter-notice. Where a legal process applies, additional requirements may exist.

We may consider the information and request clarification. Contacting us does not guarantee restoration, and this page does not establish a fixed restoration timetable or replace any applicable legal procedure.

Repeat or serious infringement

Repeated or serious rights violations may affect access to content, account functionality, or creator and editorial workflows where appropriate.

The response may take account of the nature of the material, the seriousness of the concern, previous relevant conduct, and the information available. These guidelines do not establish a fixed number of complaints or a rigid strike system.

A disputed allegation should not automatically be treated as proof of infringement. At the same time, repeatedly submitting material without the necessary rights can raise concerns beyond a single page.

Accurate information and misrepresentation

Knowingly false or misleading complaints can harm creators, rights holders, and the handling of legitimate concerns. Provide accurate information and distinguish what you know from what you suspect.

Do not claim ownership you do not hold or authority you have not been given. If you discover that an earlier statement was incorrect, send a correction identifying the original complaint.

The same expectation applies to responses disputing a removal or restriction. Clear evidence and a focused explanation are more useful than accusations or repeated messages that add no new information.

Contact

Send reports to contact@aipromptcloud.com with the subject “Copyright complaint”.

Include the details listed above. For a follow-up, refer to your earlier message and explain what information you are adding or correcting. If you are disputing a restriction, make that purpose clear in the subject and message.

This email is the contact channel provided on this page; it is not presented as the contact of a registered statutory DMCA agent.

Legal process

This page does not replace rights, remedies, or procedures available under applicable law. It does not establish that a complaint sent by email satisfies every requirement of a formal legal notice.

The U.S. Copyright Office provides information about the DMCA notice-and-counter-notice framework and agent requirements in its Section 512 resources. Whether that framework or another procedure applies depends on the circumstances.

If you need to take a formal legal step, consider the requirements that apply to your situation. Using this practical reporting channel does not require you to give up other available rights.
